Grilled Chicken & Avocado Salad by @imsocooked

Grilled Chicken & Avocado Salad w/Avocado Ranch by @imsocooked (Samantha Dahl Shapin)
Ingredients (Serves 4)
1/2 pound lettuce, bibb/romaine/iceberg
2 grilled chicken breasts, thinly sliced
5 pieces of bacon, chopped/crumbled
1/2 large cucumber or 1 small/medium
1 handful grape tomatoes, diced
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup walnuts
*Optional, 1/4 cup blue cheese or shredded cheddar (or both)
Avocado Ranch Ingredients
1/2 avocado
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp fresh chive
1 1/2 tsp fresh dill
1/2 cup cold water
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1. Chop lettuce and arrange as bottom layer on platter or bowl.
2. Top with chopped veggies, meat, cheese and nuts. Have fun, make it pretty.
3. To prepare dressing: combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth. For best taste allow to set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes; keeps for about 3 days in the refrigerator.
